We finally said Au revoir, Adios, Auf Wiedersehen to Canada and we are now back to Europe.

Breakfast cereals that promise a 90s nostalgia and come in 2 flavours:

Doordash is testing a new feature where it warns its customers that their order might be delivered late and cold if they don’t tip.
Previously the delivery app was blamed for its controversial payout share system, where it was not transfering 100% of tips to its drivers.
Is pre-tipping or disclosing the amount of pre-tipping to the drivers ethical, remains open for debate.
🤖 AI Has a Future In Hospitality Industry.
The renowned restructure, owner of Union Square Hospitality Group and the best-selling author of Setting The Table (one of my personal favourite books on restaurant industry), Danny Meyer predicts that AI will positively impact the following three areas in any food service business:
