Hey, guys! This is me, Natalia, a.k.a. Chef Rudakova 👩‍🍳 Long time, no see, ha?

Lot’s of time went by since the last issue of The Weekly Snack and lot’s of things changed. We’ve moved back to Canada 🇨🇦, I’ve taken the position of a Head Chef in one of Canada’s best vegetable-forward restaurants and became a mom 👼 More on this in the upcoming life update video 🙃

With all this changes, there’s also a change / an evolution for The Weekly Snack.

This year I’ve decided to focus my digital content around the things I truly care about, and this things are food, cooking, healthy lifestyle and business.

Everyone who knows me personally, knows that I’m always, always, always working on various business projects. In the last years most of my projects where in the space of digital economy: from Social Media to e-commerce to blogging etc.

So, this year I’ve decided to do what I do the best: share my experience, resources & useful tools with people who love food & cooking like I do, and want to make a living out of their passion 🤓

Chef Reygadas is the chef behind Rosetta, a restaurant in Mexico City that focuses on Mexico's biodiversity and history.

Better known by her Instagram name "ToraFloraFood", is a food stylist with a master's degree in food and meal science and a bachelor's degree in gastronomy. All her food creations are plant-based.

Tora challenges vegan cuisine, as she wants to show that vegan food is good, beautiful and for everyone to enjoy.
